Last Thursday we held our latest charity event for Its Good 2 Give at the wonderful Camera Obscura and World of Illusions on the Royal Mile.  If you haven’t been to this fantastic attraction we urge you to go, we had a great time exploring all 6 floors.

We would like to give a huge thanks to Andrew and his team at Camera Obscura who gifted us the venue and also helped us on the evening.

Thank you to everyone who came along, we hope that you had a great evening and enjoyed all the wonderful cakes on offer (there were plenty). We are pleased to say we raised £1700 for It’s Good 2 Give, through ticket sales and the prize draw – so thank you!

Thanks also to everyone who helped organise the event, those who baked amazing cakes and donated raffle prizes. Thanks to Don Munro for photographing the evening, to Alana at Fredricks Coffee House for supplying the cups and Stuart and Ingrid at Bon Papillon who donated cakes.

Finally, we also made an appearance on The Fountainbridge Show on STV Edinburgh, our lovely Rachael was interviewed by Zara from STV. We hope to be able to load up a clip from that interview shortly, if you missed it. Thank you Rachael for being our spokeswoman.

It’s our fifth birthday!

Our next event is on the 22nd April at the Virgin Money Lounge on St Andrew Square, you can read details on how to get tickets here. Spaces are limited so book you place as soon as possible.

We’ve done illusion and cake, next up it’s prosecco and cake. Well, it is our birthday.
